You need to eat the right food. Don’t indulge in eating wrong food. Don’t eat junk food and drink soft drinks. They are not at all healthy. These food items instead stop your growth. See the place where you are eating, eat healthy and hygienic food. Eat enough of calcium and vitamin D rich diet daily. These calcium and vitamin D will help you gain easy growth for your bone. This will lead to growth in your height. Don’t compromise for your food and eat anything just to fill your belly. Take enough of proteins and carbohydrates daily. They will keep your muscles strong and provide the required energy to your body. Your proper diet helps by all means to give you increase in your height.

Once you are into eating the perfect food. You should step next to exercising the proper way. Do all kinds of growth promoting exercises. Go for daily cycling, dips, jumping, and treadmill. Make yourself involved in some outdoor games. This will bring movement in your complete body and you will see the increase in your height fast. You can set targets for yourself and jump to achieve that target. Once you achieve your first target, build the second one. Carry on with this and you will see your height has increased after you practice this seriously. You need to focus yourself to your exercises. Do the right exercise in the right way. Doing an exercise in its correct way is needed to benefit more from it. Many a time’s people get injuries due to wrong exercising, so be very careful while you are exercising. Take all the necessary precautions while you are exercising.

You have well adapted to exercises, your next focus should be to proper rest. Proper rest keeps you fit and promotes easy production of growth hormone in your body. You can even do some yoga for relaxing your mind.
